Your telegram of 19th July. Mitsui shipped tin

consigned to order from Hongkong to London Swansea with-

out option Marseilles. Mitsui London Branch state that

they arranged to bring tin to tum London reship to

Marseilles but buyers not knowing this telegraphed

steamer agent discharge Marseilles as usual.
